Accreditation
Accreditation is the most commonly accepted means of assuring quality care and products. Accreditation thereby validates the quality of care you provide and increases your credibility.
From an operational perspective, accreditation can have a positive impact on your bottom line in these ways:
- Meets the requirements of many third party insurance companies,
- Meets the requirements for organizations who have or desire to obtain a contract with another organization that is already accredited.
- Your organization must obtain Accreditation status to initially obtain your Medicare Provider number.
- Meets standards that are more strict than federal, state and local requirements thereby sending a message of quality to your consumers.
