Our Affiliate Partners Program allows us to broaden the services we offer without having to “water down” our core healthcare expertise. Over the years we’ve partnered up with some amazing companies that provide the same levels of client devotion as we do.

Both Dr. Greg Reid, PhD (Action Based Change) and Michelle Dubner, RN, BSN are the only licensed clinicians to become qualified assessors for both the American Medical Association’s tool the Communication Climate Assessment Toolkit (C-CAT) and the Johns Hopkins School of Public Health, the Clearview360.

Their combined expertise of various operational healthcare systems, team building skills, use of sociometrics, and cultural competencies make them a powerful team to guild your organization through this process.

Communication Climate Assessment Toolkit

The C-CAT™ contains a set of validated organizational performance metrics to verify that your hospital or clinic is meeting the communication needs of diverse patient populations and provide structured guidance on how to improve.

The C-CAT tools were originally developed by the American Medical Association in a multi-stakeholder effort, working with representatives from hospitals and clinics, nurses and other health professionals, communication experts, patient groups, insurers, employers and others.

The assessment metrics in the C-CAT have been validated in hospitals and clinics nationwide and seven of the 9 reported C-CAT measures have been endorsed by the National Quality Forum.

Reasons to call GHA to access the C-Cat

  • Provides a valid means of tracking performance over time
  • Results can guide decisions about tailored quality improvement interventions
  • C-CAT scores are benchmarked against other hospitals nationwide
  • Scores are validated against important metrics like the Net Promoter Score, patient trust and perceptions of quality of care.
